Hello everyone. I am basically a dentist and a fitness enthusiast. Me and my family have been following this diet plan since 6 months. And it really helped us achieving a fitness level. Not only that but we started understanding and studying our body. Month by month we started noticing the progress. I believe that progress is slow but the end result will give you big success. Also I used to live a sedentary lifestyle before, now I have reached such level that I compete myself everyday . End of the day, our ultimate goal is to be fit and maintain consistency.
